NOTES on downloading:

Note 1: Brisnet programs and results files are in "zipped format".  This format is a condensed file which makes downloading faster.  However, once these files are on your computer, you must place them into the \jaihorse\inpfiles folder.  You do not have to UNZIP them. This folder is used by QuickHorse to create the QuickHorse database which allows you to handicap using QuickHorse.  QuickHorse uses the EXOTIC PAYOFFS results charts.
